This sumptuous spinach artichoke dish is one of those yummy recipes that you can start in the morning and munch on all day or whip it up early and forget it while you get all other dishes ready for any party or get-together.

Ingredients:
2cans14 oz artichoke hearts(drained and chopped)
1can10 oz frozen spinach(thawed and squeezed dry)
8ozsour cream
1piecesmall onion(diced)
2clovesgarlic(crushed)
¾cupParmesan cheese(grated + more for sprinkling on top)
¾cupmilk
½cupfeta cheese(crumbled)
⅓cupmayonnaise
1tablespoonred wine vinegar
¼teaspoonblack pepper(freshly ground)
8ozcream cheese(cubed)
Instructions:
Place artichoke hearts, spinach, sour cream, onion, garlic, Parmesan, milk, feta, mayonnaise, vinegar and pepper into a slow cooker. Stir until well combined. Top with cream cheese.
Cover and cook on low heat for 2 hours.
Uncover and stir until cream cheese is well combined. Cover and cook on high heat for an additional 15 minutes.
Bake
Preheat the oven to 400ºF.
Pour the dip into a greased pie plate.
Sprinkle more mozzarella on top.
Bake for about 10-15 minutes until golden (you can broil it at the end if the cheese isn't toasty enough).
Serve with chips, pretzels, veggies, crackers, or whatever.
