Put the condensed milk cans in a slow cooker.
Fill them with water until the water is about 1" above the cans.
Set your slow cooker for 8 hours on low.
Once its done, take them off using thongs and let it cool OR you can submerge the cans in cold water to cool down before opening.
Transfer the mixture into an air tight containers or into jars.
Caution: Do Not Open the Cans While HOT.
