These Thai Pork Ribs are so tender and deliciously smothered with a sweet, flavorful glaze that makes your palate sing. Just add and stir the sticky sauce over the ribs and sautee real quick until the ribs are well covered by the sauce.
Mix all the sauce ingredients like the cilantro, garlic, oyster sauce, white pepper, sugar, dark soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and the food coloring. Add to the boiling water and stir well.
Then add the pork ribs. Cover and simmer at low heat for 1 hr.
Check from time to time to see if it's not too dry, if the water runs out just add a bit of water.
Once the water is reduced, you can add the Chinese cooking wine and honey. Sautee until the ribs are well covered.
