A copycat PF Chang Lettuce wrap recipe that you can easily make in just 20 minutes. So good, healthy and budget-friendly. These Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps will save you a trip to P.F. Chang's.

Ingredients:
1tablespoonvegetable oil
1lbground chicken(or ground pork or beef)
3clovesgarlic(minced)
1small onion(minced)
For the Sauce:
¼cuphoisin sauce
2tablespoonTamari
1tablespoonrice wine vinegar
1teaspoontoasted sesame oil
1tablespoonginger paste
2teaspoonSriracha
Added ingredients:
1canwater chestnuts(4.9 oz can, sliced, drained and chopped)
2stalksgreen onions(thinly sliced)
Kosher salt(adjust according to your taste)
Freshly ground black pepper(adjust according to your taste)
Garnish:
1piecehead butter lettuce
1mango(semi-ripe and diced)
2stalkgreen onions(thinly sliced)
Instructions:
Heat oil in a saucepan over medium high heat. Add ground chicken and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes, making sure to break it up into small bits as it cooks.
Push the meat to the edge of the pan and stir in garlic and onion and cook until onions have become translucent, about 2-3 minutes.
Add the hoisin sauce, Tamari, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, ginger, and Sriracha. Stir in to combine well.
Add the water chestnuts and green onions and cook until tender, about 1-2 minutes; season with salt and pepper, to taste.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and top with your favorite garnish (I added some diced mango).
